The Prophet
keeps its misses.
Every prophecy receives a probability, deadline, and objective resolution rule before the outcome is known. When reality arrives, the forecast is scored. Overconfidence is punished. Calibration is learned. The next prophecy inherits the correction.
Predictive skill is evidence, not authority. The Prophet cannot override a principal, policy, security control, or contradictory evidence.
